K-Five president Robert Krug urges everyone to look up your local representatives (link below) and reach out to them about the urgency of passing a capital transportation bill now. The taxpaying citizens of Illinois deserve to be safe and have our major road problems fixed. We need Illinois’ economy as competitive as possible, and that requires investment – adequate funding to keep goods and services moving!
Today marks the start of #InfrastructureWeek, coming at an important time when the President and Congress have the opportunity to bring our failing infrastructure into the 21st century. Investing in our roads and bridges ultimately creates jobs and financial savings for the American people- we have to encourage our politicians to #BuildForTomorrow!
K-Five is excited to announce this year’s philanthropic team event with the JDRF One Walk for A World Without Type 1 Diabetes on Sunday, October 6, 2019 in Orland Park, IL.
This event is a great way to raise awareness and funds for a disease that touches many of our family members, as well as, an opportunity to get some exercise and bring our family, friends and co-workers together.
We are hoping you, your family and friends join the K-Five team for this 3K walk. K-Five has made a corporate contribution to this cause and we welcome your presence and any amount you wish to donate.
K-Five is also proud to announce our official sponsorship of this event!
Please visit our team homepage to register or for additional information if you are interested in helping the K-Five team in any way.
Contact Melissa Paz (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Maggie Godsey (email@example.com) if you need assistance signing up or if you have additional questions.
Lastly, don’t forget to share this email with family, friends and your social media– the more money raised for Type One Diabetes research, the better.
We look forward to a successful event and thank you in advance for your support!
